The idea of \u200b\u200bhome in the colonial style owners brought from distant wanderings. The interest aroused the colonial architectural style – an exotic blend of modernity and classics. It was formed in conditions of life, closely related to nature, therefore, local natural materials were used for the construction and decoration of houses.<\/p>

This house is built from environmentally friendly materials, actually wood and clay. Ceramic blocks were chosen for the walls (they were purchased in Hungary), ceramic tiles for the roofing, and wooden beams for the ceilings. The interior of the house is also made of wood and ceramics, and complement their natural textiles and leather. The main building is economical and rational. Convenient connections between the premises were found here, an open layout was used and there are no corridors. The living room smoothly flows into the hallway, and then into the dining room and, finally, into the kitchen. The windows of the living room overlook three sides, so the whole area is visible from this room. In the warm season, a terrace is connected to the common room complex. It is focused on the private area of \u200b\u200bthe site and is located on the north side of the building. An interestingly designed cabinet is located in a one-story volume lit from three sides, the roof of which forms a high tent. The space turned out bright and representative. For the son on the second floor they made a \u201cmini-apartment\u201d. It includes a guest study room where you can chat with friends, a bedroom located a few steps up, a bathroom and a dressing room.<\/p>

Wood plays a major role in interior design, and this is also a sign of a colonial style. Ceilings decorated with wood – a kind of calling card of this house – are not used for domestic construction, and yet they are extremely functional and, being a recurring element, they give the interior space a stylistic unity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
